Do I need to be at home when the Green Team comes to clean my house?

Most clients are present for the initial cleaning or at least for an initial consultation to provide basic instructions.  However, certainly you do not have to be there. You can leave the house after letting us in or making other arrangements.  Special accommodations can be made for any circumstances.

Do you come with your own supplies and do I need to provide equipment?

We supply basic equipment such as mops, wipes, cleaning solutions and vacuum cleaners. We also bring our own supplies which are all top of the line, environment safe, cleaning supplies.

How do I pay for your services?

We accept cash, checks and credit cards. You can either make the payment over the phone or deliver the check or cash directly to the Green Team.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

There is no fee if you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

I have pets. Is that OK?

For health safety issues, we suggest that you lock your pets.  We are not required to clean up after pets.

I live outside of Indianapolis.  Is that a problem?

Not at all.  We are based out of Central, Indiana.  But we serve many other areas around Indianapolis including Noblesville, Indiana; Westfield, Indiana; Fishers, Indiana; Zionsville, Indiana; Geist, Indiana; Broad Ripple, Indiana; Shelbyville,Indiana; Greenfield, Indiana; New Palestine, Indiana; and more.  If you don’t see your location listed here, just send us an email and we can make the proper accomidations.
